How To Make A Reservation

All reservations must currently be placed over the phone through our business office. To reach a reservation assistant please call our office at, (402) 727-8321 or use our 800 number, (800) 942-7245.

Reservations for regular dining should be made about one week in advance. For those who wish to go on a special events run, for example a Murder Mystery, you should make the reservation about one month in advance due to the popularity of the events.

For a special event reservation, a 24 hour cancellation notice, before the train departure, is required for a full refund. You may, however, reschedule with us for another date inside of the 24 hour cancellation period, but at least 8 hours prior to the train departure time.

To cancel a regular or open dining reservation, you must call our office 8 hours in advance before the train departure to receive a full refund.

If an occasion occurs, whether it be due to bad weather or another issue preventing the train to depart, everyone who is scheduled to ride the train, will be notified, and will receive a full refund.
