A group rate discount of 10% is available to parties of 16 and up.

A full train charter is available with car charters also available for groups to consider on any of our runs. Our four cars hold 32, 32 or 56, 42, and 56 respectively. Pricing for a car charter is stated above.

Prices quoted above include train fare and dinner with coffee or tea. A price adjustment may be made if your group is below the capacity of the car chartered. The car charter price does not include tax or gratuity. We do need to have both of these taken care of prior to run date. Our suggested tip is 10% - 15%. All of the cars have a "PA system is your group need or wants a microphone as well as television and VCR capabilities in Elkhorn River and Maple Creek. Additional capabilities will, in the near future, be added to the Rose Creek Club/Dining car
