Prime Rib and Apple Glaze Cornish Hen, are served with a baked potato.
Swordfish is served with rice, and Pasta Primavera is served with fruit. All dinners
feature broccoli  and dinner rolls.

Sautéed Catfish
Grilled Chicken Forestiere & Apples (Diced mushrooms, onion; garlic in red wine sauce)

London Broil is served with parsley buttered potatoes.  Chicken Forestiere and Sautéed Catfish are served with rice pilaf. The Vegetarian Lasagna comes with fruit.  All diners include broccoli and dinner rolls.
